Providing children suffering from serious illnesses – along with their brothers and sisters – with a wider area in which they can meet one another and express themselves.
The aim of the Jennifer charity is to support children with cancer and their families in order to help them get through this difficult time as best they can. The scheme involves providing a forum for meetings aimed at co-ordinating family life and life at the hospital by looking after the brothers and sisters of children who have been admitted to hospital suffering from a serious illness (Onco-haematology, Neurology, Pneumology, Cardiology, etc.) for two afternoons a week and arranging workshops with them at the hospital.
