The structure of the Proximus Foundation
The Proximus Foundation is headed by an independent Board. One of its key tasks will be to recruit a Jury of prominent Belgians, whose job it will be to select the projects the Foundation should support from among all the submissions. From 2007 on, the jury has been working closely with the King Baudouin Foundation to make this choice.

Its role
The statutes of the Proximus Foundation give the Board full power to run and manage the Foundation. The Board's responsibilities include amongst others:
- To develop and if necessary modify the rules under which the Foundation is run;
- To ensure statutory rules are followed at all times;
- To change the statutes of the Foundation;
- To manage the finances of the Foundation;
- The full legal responsibility;
- To manage and control the image and brand of the Foundation.

The Foundation's Board consists of five members appointed for a duration of three years. These are:

The roles of the Jury
The role of the Jury is to select, from amongst the projects submitted to the Proximus Foundation, those that are eligible to benefit from a grant and those that can be submitted to the vote of the Proximus employees and customers.
The Jury must ensure that the projects it selects fulfil the criteria and that they are in line with the mission of the Proximus Foundation.
All the projects selected by the Jury are submitted to the Board for approval. .
It is also the Jury's duty to select winners for the Proximus Foundation Prizes, worth a combined € 500,000.
Its members
The Jury is made up of 5 to 8 prominent members chosen by the Board of the Proximus Foundation. They have been selected either because of their professional engagement in the social sector or because they are well-known personalities, known for their personal interest in the social sector.
The Board nominates one of its members to be the President of the Jury.
